Congress Debates Wu-Tang Album, Martin Shkreli Makes Hilarious Faces

An epic battle in Hip-Hop took place today in the halls of congress.

Martin Shkreli, the guy who infamously raised the price of Turing Pharmaceuticals’ AIDS drugs 5,000%, sat in front of a congressional panel.

Shkreli also copped a one of a kind Wu-Tang Clan album for $2 million and was called to testify in front of a congressional hearing over his antics.

Shkreli is accused of running a Ponzi scheme that defrauded various companies out of $1 million and stealing $11 million from one company to cover the losses of a hedge fund.

The feds say Shkreli used some of his ill gotten proceeds to go on a spending spree that included the purchase of the only copy of the Wu’s album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.

During the hearing, Martin Shkreli frustrated representatives Rep. Jason Chaffetz, Troy Gowdy and Elijah Cummings by continuously pleading the 5th.

But not only did he plead the 5th, he mocked the entire hearing by making so many faces, it disgusted the congressmen, who tried to get Shkreli to talk about the Wu-Tang album.

Shkreli may not have said a word but his facial expressions explained it all and this is the infamous attitude that has earned him the title “Most Hated Man in America.”

“We can’t even talk about the purchase of a Wu-Tang Clan? Is that the name of the album, name of the group?”Rep. Troy  Gowdy asked. Martin Shkreli pleaded the 5th.

“I am stunned that a conversation about an album he purchased could possibly subject him to incrimination,” Representative Troy Gowdy said. All Martin Shkreli could do is smirk.
