Not Getting Enough Sleep Is Like Being Drunk

|

When Nas rapped “I never sleep, ‘cause sleep is the cousin of death” on his classic song “N.Y. State of Mind,” he did not mean it literally.

There’s no way he could have, given all the definite benefits of sleep.

Nas is too sharp mentally as an investor, and he looks pretty good to be age 44.

A new study conducted by researchers at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) has shown that not receiving sufficient sleep every night can slow down your brain enough to replicate the effect of being drunk.

In fact, the long-term results could be disastrous.
