Robert De Niro and Zac Efron look like they have a classic movie on their hands with the upcoming release of the movie “Dirty Grandpa.”
The Red Band trailer for the film just sent the Internet wild, and from the looks of it, De Niro and Efron make a great comedic pairing.
If you’ll recall, Zac Efron is the guy who did a spot-on impression of Robert De Niro’s character from “Meet the Parents” during a scene in the movie “Neighbors.”
“Dirty Grandpa” centers around a guy named Jason Kelly (Efron) who is about to get married. Right before his wedding. Jason gets tricked into going on a road trip with his obscene, Army veteran grandfather Dick, who just buried his wife.
Although she’s not in the film, rapper/actress Queen Latifah will surely benefit from the marketing of “Dirty Grandpa,” although she might be less than flattered.
During a conversation about doing corporate law work, Dick tells Jason “I’d rather let Queen Latifah shit in my mouth from a fucking hot air balloon” before he does any of that stuff again.
And so the hijinks begin as the grandfather and grandson trek across the country on their way to Daytona Beach, Florida for Spring Break.
“The greatest gift a grandson can give his grandfather is a hot college girl who wants to have unprotected sex with him before he dies,” Dick tells his Jason in the movie.
“Dirty Grandpa” also stars Aubrey Plaza, Jason Mantzoukas, Zoey Deutch, Julianne Hough, Brandon Mychal Smith and others. The movie is due in theaters January 22. #partytilyourpregnant
