Kendrick Lamar’s latest album untitled unmastered is sitting comfortably at #1 on Billboard’s Top 200 this week.
The Grammy Award-winning rapper moved over 178,000 copies of the surprise album, propelling him to the height of the charts.
It seems Kendrick has found the perfect recipe to cook up creative, daring, original albums for his hungry fans.

The album title, untitled unmastered, is a bit misleading because its high quality material. It’s a professionally produced album, featuring eight unreleased songs Kendrick has performed on the road or during appearances on “The Colbert Report.”
“While untitled unmastered does not have the large conceptual scope of Lamar’s albums, these songs,” wrote Alcazar.
