An HBCU in Texas is six figures richer, thanks to NBA star James Harden.
The Houston Rockets All-Star plunked down $100,000 to Texas Southern University, to help students financially.
The donation was accepted by Texas Southern University’s president, Dr. Austin Lane.
It has been a busy week for James Harden when it comes to charity.
He just finished hosting a basketball tournament fund his nonprofit 3 The Harden Way.
That organization focuses on providing opportunities in Houston, come from single mother households.
