California's Marijuana Supply Is Going Up In Smoke With The Deadly Wildfires

Wildfires in Northern California have claimed at least 40 lives since the latest round of flames started burning in early October.
In addition to killing people, the fires have also destroyed thousands of acres worth of valuable wine crops.
There is another value crop going up in flames, and that is marijuana.
According to the latest reports, over 20% of California’s marijuana supply has been burned up in the wildfires.
It’s a huge deal because California is supposed to legalize recreational marijuana use in the state in January 2018, meaning there could be a huge drought in the coming years for some of that Cali good.
